Guitar hook-up

Fender Telecaster(R)

That's what's keeping me hooked on the computer these days. I just couldn't stop staring at the picture. If only i could build one. But, alas, I'm in the Philippines. There are some DIY sites---Do-It-Yourself---in the internet that offers a packaged kit including the body, neck, other assembly parts and instructions. Most of these stores are in the U.S. The cost of shipping these days! The kit itself costs $130 and they won't ship outside the U.S. if the purchase amount is less than $200. Arrrgh!!! There are some builders though around here somewhere, right Along? All we need is a blueprint which costs $15 or a guitar template which costs $59. You have to think next of the kind of wood, the length you need, thickness? how strong in consideration with the guitar's resonance. Then there's the wiring kit which cost $24, the bridge, the pick-ups, the knobs, the fretboard and inlays, pickguard...I'm so worked-up right now, it gives me the chills. Stop.
